【 摘 要 】

Collaboration within and between organisations requiresknowledge and skills that collaborating partners do not alwayspossess. In an effort to capture best practice collaborationknowledge, we propose patterns as models of repeatablecollaboration processes for recurring high-value collaborativetasks.
