I am happy to tell you that construction progress on the San Juan-Chama Project is excellent and that in the spring of 1971 the State of New Mexico will have a new source of water available for its use. For those who may not be familiar with the project I will give you some background information, a description of the project, the present status of construction, and allocation of water. And should you have any questions, I will attempt to answer them in the discussion period. [First Paragraph]
