【 摘 要 】

From September the 7th, 2008 to September the 10th, 2008the Dagstuhl Seminar 08371 FaultTolerant Distributed Algorithms on VLSI Chipswas held in Schloss DagstuhlLeibniz Center for Infor matics. The seminar was devoted to exploring whether the wealth of existing faulttolerant distributed algorithms research can be utilized for meeting the challenges of futuregeneration VLSI chips. During the semi nar, several participants from both the VLSI and distributed algorithms' discipline, presented their current research, and ongoing work and pos sibilities for collaboration were discussed. Abstracts of the presentations given during the seminar as well as abstracts of seminar results and ideas are put together in this paper. The rst section describes the seminar topics and goals in general. Links to extended abstracts or full papers are provided, if available.
